This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately falls short in execution. The rooms are dated and have poor lighting, and there were issues with cleanliness and comfort. The location is somewhat convenient but comes with some safety concerns around parking. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more satisfying experience.

My stay at Serene Hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, I found the ambiance incredibly relaxing with nice amenities like the pool and spa. On the other hand, I faced several issues with the room and service, which left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better considering the price I paid, particularly with the frustrating experience regarding my deposit and the smells in the room. Overall, while the setting is lovely, the management and facilities need serious improvement.
